Worldwide shipping available via Royal Mail:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Vanisha London is not responsible for any delays caused by local customs clearance processes or customs fees. 

  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

UK customers have 14 calendar days from the date the merchandise is shipped to return any purchases in a re-sellable condition. Returns are unavailable on international shipping options. The original cost of shipping and handling is not refundable. All costs associated with returning merchandise to Vanisha London is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend items are returned using Royal Mail's 1st class recorded or 2nd class recorded service. Merchandise returned outside of our 14 day policy will not be accepted. 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date your merchandise is shipped. All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your product. Items must be returned in a new and re-sellable condition. Exchanged merchandise must meet the same requirements as returned merchandise outlined above. Exchanges are unavailable for international shipping options. There will be an additional shipping charge to cover costs of sending the new item that will be billed to the customer. All costs associated with the return of any merchandise to Vanisha London is the sole responsibility of the customer

 

To return or exchange an item please email info@vanishalondon.com and include the following information: 

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • Item you wish to return/exchange (product name and colour)

  • For exchanges, the item you wish to exchange the item for (product name and colour)

DISCLAIMER

Some of our items are handmade or use upcycled materials. Handmade items by nature, may contain small imperfections and inconsistencies. Although we are thorough there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature and each item will look a little different from the next. This is part of the charm and many pieces are one of a kind. Upcycled materials may contain idiosyncrasies including wear and colour fading which is part of the story of the fabric and overall piece.
